Before becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, I spent over five years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in working with tactical athletes. Two years ago, I advanced my expertise by earning board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. My extensive knowledge of the human body, how it moves, and how it heals sets me apart in the world of personal training. Beyond that, I bring a unique neurological perspective to training, which is often overlooked in traditional fitness programs but can make all the difference in your progress.
